Monday night was a truly incredible experience for the packed audience at The Capstone Theatre! Shashank Subramaniam and Rakesh Chaurasia, two leading flautists of the South and North Indian musical traditions respectively, embarked on their very first jugalbhandi concert together. The effect was an intense and truly exciting concert that enthused the theatre and had people on the edge of their seats! A huge standing ovation at the end confirmed the great experience had by both musicians and audience alike. We hope this world premier will be only the start of these incredible artists journey together!
