The National Youth Orchestra for Indian Music returns with its dazzling array of instruments and voices. Its latest series of unconventional creations combines elements of Indian classical, folk and popular music.

The orchestra harks back to its Hindustani and Carnatic roots with instruments, ideas and melodies that are brought together by new compositions written each year.
This concert showcases its latest theme of combinations, and SAMYO combines inspirations from around the Indian subcontinent with new ideas inspired from around the world.
SAMYO will be joined on stage by an array of composer and conductors, as well as performing alongside sarod artiste Pandit Ranajit Sengupta for some very special pieces.
