Azeem Ahmed Alvi is more than just your average Sitar player. He is seen as one of the best new-age musical geniuses and he has his sights firmly set on taking over the world through his music which is so deeply rooted in Indian tradition. In this special concert he will be showcasing his unique expertise which has been crafted by work in such diverse genres as Sufi, Flamenco, Jazz, Electronica & Western Classical music.

Azeem will be performing alongside Hiren Chate, a world renowned tabla maestro. He has performed in prestigious event such as the BBC Proms at the Roundhouse and for the Elton John AIDS Foundation. He has alsoworked with Nitin Sawhney on the film A Throw of Dice and with award-winning composer Niraj Chag.
