Milapfest’s Music for the Mind and Soul concert series continues with celebrated sitarist, Mehboob Nadeem. A gifted artist, Mehboob possesses a keen, aesthetic sense and a matured ability in the development and rendering of a raga. His performances are truly unique & inspiring and have enthralled audiences in India and abroad. He is regularly called to perform throughout India, Africa, Europe and the UK.

Mehboob will be performing alongside celebrated Sarod artist Arnab Chakrabarty. Arnab is an outstanding exponent of Hindustani classical music, and is arguably among the top handful of currently active sarode players. A relentlessly self-improving student of music, a teacher of extraordinary ability, an instrument designer and restorer of considerable skill, is the complete sarode musician of his generation.

Mehboob and Arnab are joined on stage by Milapfest’s Artist in Residence, tabla maestro, Kousic Sen.
