A major highlight of our year was welcoming a new and extremely talented cohort of young musicians to our ensemble family of SAMYO, SABRANG & TARANG for what promises to be an incredible year of musical growth, fun, collaboration and more!
The new ensemble year has only just begun but we’ve already had some incredible experiences including:
- Digging into beautiful and complex compositions from both the ensemble archive and new music created for 2024-25
- Collaborating with esteemed conductors and composers Girishh Gopalakrishnan and Ramshanker Sathianarayanan from India
- Hosting our first weekend of music retreats for new ensemble members from SAMYO, SABRANG and TARANG in London at the end of October.
We’re really looking forward to continuing our work with ensembles in 2025, including new material, more concerts & collaborations, and plenty more fabulous weekend retreats! Thank you to everyone who has been involved in the development of our talented young people.
