#DIAP14: Days 4 & 5: 10th and 11th June

On the fourth and fifth days of Dance India, early tiredness and midweek cruising give way to the feeling that we are already nearing the end. A new surge of energy fills the school as people realise that there are only a few hours left with our teachers.

#DIAP14: Days 2 & 3: 8th and 9th June

Warm up on Sunday is taken by Sheejith Krishna, and the participants already began to feel the physical toll of an intensive day of dancing on the first day. With the oppressive heat and sunshine in Singapore, hydration was a priority for everyone, and the endless packets of “3 in 1” tea and coffee and biscuits provided by our hosts helped to get our dancers through the day.

Warm up sessions are lead by our faculty tutors, and we start early at 8am with Mythili Prakash’s style of warm up and exercise routine. Preparing the dancers for the day ahead, tailored movements helped to give our participants ideas on some of the basic processes of our professionals.
