Milapfest’s Arts School is a weekly programme of courses offered at The Cornerstone Building of Liverpool Hope University. There are currently six programmes on offer, many of which are offered in a variety of levels, or are segregated classes for either adults or children. The Arts School is open to students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

Each course follows a syllabus and regular learning plan that had been collaborativelydesigned by the course teachers and Milapfest’s Education Department. The curriculum covers  practice, performance, and theory. Tutors at Arts School are all trained musicians and dancers, many of whom are performing artists in their own right.

Milapfest currently offers ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance) examinations in Bharatanatyam, and has strong ties with CAT (Centre for Advanced Training) with several Artschoolstudents now attending CAT training programmes regularly.
