Earlier this month, Arts Council England and the Department for Education announced the expansion of National Youth Music Organisations. We are so excited to work with such an amazing group of ACE-supported organisations, providing a central network for young musicians to collaborate, explore, and grow their musical talents.

Milap’s own Youth Ensemble, SAMYO, is the National Youth Orchestra for Indian Music. Its performances feature an array of compositions inspired by North and South Indian Classical, Western and World Music. Ever since its debut in 2002, SAMYO’s musical repertoire is constantly evolving, and no tour is the same.
