We’re very happy to be working with our friends Sahapedia to present  #InPursuitOfExcellence – an interview series with classical dance  maestros of India curated by Madhur Gupta, Sangeet Vidya Niketan, and  hosted by Sahapedia. The series will feature maestros like Aditi  Mangaldas, Sujata Mohapatra, Raja and Radha Reddy, Anita Ratnam,  Saswati Sen, Mallika Sarabhai, Surupa Sen, Prathibha Prahlad, Shovana  Narayan and Alarmel Valli.

In this series, the maestros will reflect  on their journeys and talk about their influences, their innovations  to the dance form, and the challenges they faced. This series has been  curated by Madhur Gupta, one of the leading Odissi dance exponents of  his generation. He is also an author and columnist widely featured in  national and international publications for his sensitive writings in  the field of arts and culture. Apart from extensively performing and  writing, Madhur also teaches Odissi at Sangeet Vidya Niketan, New  Delhi.
