In a very special show, the Bansuri flute weaves effortlessly with the percussive heartbeats of the tabla and mridangam.

Through sheer passion, dedication and creativity, Bansuri flautist Pravin Godkhindi has taken the musical world by storm, winning numerous awards and high acclaim around the world. Pravin’s talent lies in his incredible control over rhythm, and in his creative musical style. By fusing influences from Western, Jazz and Carnatic (south Indian classical) music, he has developed a sound for the Bamboo flute that is captivating and soulful.

Pravin is joined by master percussionists Kousic Sen (on tabla) and RN Prakash (on mridangam), known across the globe for raising concert experiences to new heights with their rhythmic delights.

Indika is Europe’s finest festival of Indian arts curated by Milapfest and will be running in venues across Liverpool and beyond from 17th October to 3rd November. For full listings, click here.
